These Terms cover your request for and receipt of a self‑serve product demonstration of the Event Copilot software (the “Service”). The demo is provided free of charge so you can evaluate our product. It is not the full production service, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
TurnoutNow, LLC grants you a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal evaluation. You may not sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the Service available to anyone outside your organization without our written consent.
You agree not to:
All software, designs, text, and other content in the Service are owned by TurnoutNow, LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited license above, nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you. Feedback you give us may be used by TurnoutNow, LLC to improve its products without obligation.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Cap. TurnoutNow, LLC’s total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed USD 100 (one hundred U.S. dollars).
No consequential damages. We will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenues, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we knew they were possible.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections 4–8 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and each party consents to that venue.
