These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Event Copilot, an AI-powered event assistant platform and SMS messaging service
operated by TurnoutNow, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using Event Copilot or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.

Event Copilot is deployed at conferences, trade shows, and corporate events hosted by our clients (event organizers). Our platform provides
real-time event assistance via mobile apps, web widgets, and SMS text messaging.

2. SMS Messaging Program

Program Description

Event Copilot provides SMS-based AI event assistance to registered event attendees. When you opt in, you may receive:

Event Reminders — Session start times, keynote notifications
Schedule Updates — Changes to event timing or location
Venue Information — Directions, parking, maps, and logistics
AI Responses — Answers to questions you text to our AI assistant
Networking Alerts — Meeting suggestions and connections

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Typically, you will receive 3–10 messages per event. Additional responses may be sent based on your interaction
with the AI assistant.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier. Event Copilot does not charge additional SMS fees beyond standard carrier rates.

3. Consent and Opt-In

Double Opt-In

After opting in, you will receive a confirmation SMS. You must reply YES to activate notifications.

Consent Is Optional

Consent to SMS messaging is not required for event registration or purchases.

4. How to Opt Out

You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying:

UNSUBSCRIBE

Event Copilot: You’ve been unsubscribed and will not receive any more messages.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service works with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is protected under our

We do NOT sell or share your phone number for marketing purposes
No SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties
Data is encrypted and securely stored
Consent records are retained for at least 4 years

8. Use of Event Copilot Platform

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Acceptable Use

No abusive, threatening, or inappropriate content
No attempts to disrupt the service
No unlawful use

AI-Generated Responses

AI responses are for informational purposes and may contain errors. Always verify critical information with event staff.

Event Copilot and related content are trademarks of TurnoutNow, LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

TurnoutNow, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including missed sessions or undelivered messages.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
